Below, I have attached the lawsuit legal document against the Illinois Dept. of Natural Resources, the governor, and the barge company. My hope is to bring this project to a public hearing where the community can see exactly what the plans are for this barge terminal (it will be the largest barge terminal on the Illinois River) and the effects that it will have on the community, environment, and our quality of life on the river.
